  Spock, eggs, and the Easter Bunny might seem unrelated, but together they form a cosmic story. Join the journey as we explore these fascinating connections at a pace that suits your imagination.

In the Star Trek universe is "The Search for Spock," following the intense "Wrath of Khan." Spock sacrifices himself for the Enterprise, giving us an unexpected fate.  Spock's body is laid to rest on the newly formed world made by Genesis. An unexpected outcome of this is Spock coming back to life due to the effects of Genesis. As a fan, I'm pleased that the movie by Harve Bennett and directed by Leonard Nimoy chose not to conclude Spock's story. In a way, Spock experienced a resurrection, similar to the Easter event. This resurrection is not Spock saving the entire universe, but his sacrifice saves lives on the Enterprise. Admiral Kirk's search is about finding a trusted comrade and best friend.

In the world of symbols, Easter captures the essence of spring, sun, dawn, and light. Celebrated worldwide, it takes different shapes, like the American tradition of hiding candy-filled eggs for kids to find. After the egg hunt, families gather for a feast, creating a vibe similar to Thanksgiving or Christmas.

The holiday tapestry—Easter, Christmas, Valentines Day, and St. Patrick’s Day—pagan symbols are woven. As Christians, understanding this truth is crucial, guided by Christ's love model. In the sermon on the mount, Jesus emphasized that sin originates in the heart. Jesus came to us through the manger and died for us on the cross to address these matters. With this in mind, why follow traditions? Traditions can point us to the truth behind them.

Like indulging in too many chocolate bunnies leading to a stomachache, our spiritual and physical excesses bring consequences. Yet, bunnies also symbolize fertility and the potential for new life. The choice lies within us—chase temporary indulgence or follow Christ into a transformative, new life.

✟**Easter** The Love story of Easter is so great that I believe that everything that God is, was all for us. To you what is Easter?

If Janeway had abandoned Seven, their relationship might have been adversarial. Captain Janeway's compassion allowed Seven to grow, cultivating genuine friendships and developing compassion within herself. Seven had a choice—accept mercy, live a new life, or return to the hive's isolation and perish. God offers the same choice to you.

And here's the twist: you don't need to be a Jedi or Sith to tap into these prophetic insights. Take the prophetess Miriam in Exodus 15:20 or the musical talents of the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun, they were given the gig to "prophesy with harps, stringed instruments, and cymbals." There's also the story of Elisha who, through the power of music and worship, received divine revelation. And don't forget the Psalms, filled with poetic prophecy. These stories show that prophecy isn't a VIP club; it's open to anyone who chooses to worship God.

At its core, prophecy is like tuning into God's radio station, seeing life and people the way He does, and joining Him in revealing the heart of Jesus. It's like a backstage pass to the grand show. To tap into this prophetic groove, you've got to find a moment of stillness and tune into His voice. But here's the kicker—don't just sit and do nothing. Worship Jesus like you mean it. Worship is not just about songs; it's about making your entire life, your words, your work, and your whole being resonate with your love for Him. Through this heartfelt worship, you become a catalyst for something profound, leaving a mark not just on your own life but on those around you. So, go ahead, take that step into the world of prophecy, and watch your life transform in ways you never thought possible.

Remember as you journey through life, God might not always reveal the fine print of your story, the winning lottery numbers, where to live, or hand us a map with every turn clearly marked. Why? Because He wants us to trust in Jesus. He's already given us the blueprint of the world and our place in it. He's shown us where we're headed. But He also wants us to draw closer and rely on Him, like an adventure where the next step isn't entirely known by you but is made in faith. The journey is about walking hand in hand with Jesus, embracing the unknown with trust in His Wisdom, Love, and Guidance. I can think of many catastrophes in the vast realm of Sci-Fi where our beloved characters grapple with the

palpable feeling of uncertainty. Just like Captain Janeway, who faced it from the very first episode when

she made the harrowing choice to destroy the caretaker, altering the course back to the Alpha Quadrant.

Then there's Captain Sisko, haunted by uncertainty after the Battle of Wolf 359, leaving him to raise his

young son alone. And who can forget Senator Padmé Amidala as she witnessed the Republic crumble

under the weight of greed? Even wise Masters Obi-Wan and Yoda felt the echoes of uncertainty as they

endeavored to thwart the rise of evil that cast its shadow over the galaxy. This cosmic uncertainty extends

to many other beloved characters, some etched in memory and others forgotten in the vast expanse of space.

Are you cowering in fear at the thought of the mysterious "What's Next"? It's a sentiment that resonates with many, as some grapple with the notion of an uncertain aftermath of a global pandemic, envisioning the worst possible outcomes. Back on Earth, where we savor the feelings of the season, the age-old chant, "Jesus is the reason for the Season" or "Keep Christ in Christmas," echoes. As we relish the fictional celebrations across the Star Trek universe, let's not forget the timeless Christmas story rooted in the Bible. The birth of Jesus, the shepherds' visit, and the arrival of the Wise Men all contribute to the essence of Christmas. In the 24th century aboard the USS Enterprise, the crews celebrate unity, goodwill, and the joy of the season, mirroring the cherished spirit of Christmas on Earth. The truth is that the feelings of Christmas—good tidings, goodwill, and unity—are all part of the gift of the baby Jesus. In a small town called Bethlehem, there was a young couple named Mary and Joseph. They were engaged to be married. One day, an angel named Gabriel appeared to Mary and told her that she would give birth to a special baby. Mary, being a virgin, was scared but joyful of the blessing.  

Joseph, initially surprised, was visited by an angel in a dream who assured him that Mary's child was indeed a miracle. Trusting the message, Joseph took Mary as his wife.

As the time for the baby's arrival drew near, the Roman Emperor issued a decree that everyone should be registered in their hometowns. Since Joseph was from the line of David, they had to travel to Bethlehem. The journey was long and tiring, especially for Mary, who was expecting.

When they arrived in Bethlehem, the town was bustling with people registering for the census. The inns were full, so Mary and Joseph found shelter in a humble stable. It was there, surrounded by the sounds of animals, that Mary gave birth to her son, Jesus.

In the fields nearby, shepherds were watching over their flocks. Suddenly, an angel appeared, announcing the good news of Jesus' birth. The shepherds hurried to see the baby in the manger and were filled with joy at the sight of the Savior.

Far in the East, wise men, guided by a bright star, followed its light to find the newborn King. They brought precious gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh, presenting them to Jesus as symbols of honor and worship.

The story of Jesus' nativity is a tale of humility, miracles, and the extraordinary Love of God, a Love that entered the world in the form of a tiny, vulnerable baby, bringing hope and salvation to all.

Shadows of the Republic: A Tale of Power, Deceit, and Redemption in Our Own Galaxy.

 A long time ago in a galaxy far, far way.....

There was once a Republic that stood as a symbol of collective governance, representing the voices of its people. Each system within it maintained its own order, and the Republic's law enforcement mediated conflicts when necessary. This harmonious system persisted for countless years, until a power-hungry politician embarked on a path to dismantle it. Exploiting greed and making empty promises of power, he insidiously sowed seeds of anger and hatred among various races. He twisted facts to paint the villain as a victim and obscured the truth, fostering distrust in law enforcement. He even fueled the politics and hate on both side of a conflict. Eventually, he dismantled law and order, positioning himself as the sole ruler of the galaxy, exploiting the very system that had empowered him.

Sound familiar? While there may be no laser swords, blasters, Jedi, or Sith, this narrative resonates with current events. It's a story not of a galaxy far, far away, but of our own Constitutional Republic Nation. The Constitution serves as the framework that enables citizens to shape laws through representation. To undermine this system, one must vilify a people and instill distrust in the government and its enforcers. When coupled with the complacency of voters who refrain from questioning the integrity of those in political office and those that choose to serve. Add that corporation indulge in greed and forcefully push the dogma of media and power lusting politicians. T

I firmly believe, and I hope that many others share this belief, that even a flawed republic is preferable to the alternatives of socialism or anarchy. To safeguard our political institutions, law enforcement, and judicial bodies, we must hold accountable those who abuse the powers meant to strengthen the republic. Upholding integrity is of paramount importance, even though perfection is unattainable. It means that an individual should honor their commitments and, above all, cherish the sanctity of life, irrespective of the person, while actively aiding others in their pursuit of happiness, rather than merely bestowing it upon them. We do not want leaders who speak empty words for our votes and then pursue their own power-driven agendas. Lastly, we must remain vigilant, uncover the truth, and stand up for the republic that affords us all the cherished freedoms we enjoy. I would like to preface all this by emphasizing the importance of returning to the fundamental truths of God and the US Constitution.
